POLICIES & PROCEDURES
All-In Kids Sports is a division of Off Limit Sports Inc. Off Limit Sports Inc. operating of All-In Kids Sports will be the service provider for all programs.
In order to participate in any All-in Kids Sports program, each individual MUST complete an online or printed waiver.
Online Waivers - are automatically generated once you create your web log in and register for a program. After logging in and registering for your program you will be able to read the waiver and tick off a check box or you can click the "accept" button in your "Dashboard".

Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
We will collect and use personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfilment of those purposes.
We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
Please note that pictures may be taken at any event. Those pictures may be used for further promotion at a later date. Participants must notify All-in Kids Sports by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and state that they do not want to be included in any future image promotions.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be given if:
A program is cancelled
A full credit to an All-in Kids Sports programs will be given if:
A refund request: accepted no later than 30 days before the start of a program. Credit is good for 1 calendar year, beginning from start of program date
Within 30 to 10 days of program start date, participants are responsible for:
Finding a replacement for the same program
Coordinating to settle any monetary costs associated with participation in the program
Informing All-in Kids Sports staff (in writing) of the replacement
Refund requests made 9 days prior to the start of the program and beyond, will only be processed if a replacement is found. Whatever amount All-in Kids Sports is able to recoup, we will gladly put it towards your credit to another All-in Kids Sports program.
As an added service All-in Kids Sports will do everything we can to help find a replacement Team or Free Agent, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
Weather Cancellations and Closed Facilities
Due to weather or other related issues, we will notify participants up to an hour before the program's start if the facility has closed and has cancelled their permits. Make-up games will only be made up if we are able to negotiate an additional date for the program's facility.
There will be no refunds or credits for games where venues remain open, regardless of whether you attend or not.
If your child will be absent, please inform All-in Kids Sports before the start time of their program. Please refer to the Contact Us page for contact information.
For any injury or accident that requires something other than a cleaning and covering with a bandage,
parents are required to seek professional medical assistance through 911 calls.
If medical transportation is required, the charges incurred will be billed to the parents and/or the
parent’s / guardian’s insurance policy.
Please notify All-in Kids Sports if your child has a pre-existing medical condition (i.e. allergies, medications, physical impairments, etc.) on the registration form; the league will then inform the coordinator of the situation. This is essential in order to determine the severity of an accident and to assist the medical personnel who respond to the scene.
Responsibilities and Expectations
It is the goal of All-in Kids Sports to provide the highest quality of athletic programs to ensure that a child’s experience with sport is a positive one. It takes the cooperation of everyone involved, including the participant, to make this happen. Therefore All-In Kids Sports has established the following responsibilities for participants to adhere to:
Players will listen to the coordinators and referees
Players will avoid all types of taunting and belittling remarks to their teammates or opponents.
Players will show good sportsmanship at all times, win or lose.
Players will not make sports a priority over schoolwork or family.
Players will refrain from horseplay and all other dangerous activities, in which they may become hurt.
Players will participate for the love of the game and competition and not to win at all costs
